I’m Bill Rossi, founder of Rossi Enterprises, and co-owner of several other small businesses in the Chicagoland area. I’m on a personal mission to offer what I’ve learned over the years to the people who need it most. 

I’m constantly asked how I became a successful entrepreneur who functions as a Fractional COO/CFO and leads finance, operations and marketing for several businesses. I ask myself, how many, of the growing number #HCM survivors are looking for an advocate who’s been through the same things they’ve been through (and more). And finally, how I can support my LGBTQ+ community in navigating the challenging times we live in today; at work, at home, in the school systems. I firmly believe these people are out there, and my story is too big to keep to myself so I decided now to shout from the rooftops, “I UNDERSTAND YOU!”
